Ruchi is a practicing lawyer, with an experience spanning over 30 years. Her areas of expertise include Contract Laws, drafting of civil litigations and alternate dispute resolution. She has appeared before several courts and tribunals and is revered for being an adept professional. She has been also actively working as managing partner of a leading firm in Civil Litigation. Currently, Ruchi leads the Board of Consultants for Fingal Legalcare and several professional

Mr. Digambar D. Karmarkar

[Executive Director]

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of Banking, Mr. Karmarkar represents the Board of FINGAL in his capacity as Executive Director. His areas of specialisation include consultancy in bank financing, project reports, financial due diligence and credibility assessment. He proves to be a fim pillar of support to the start-ups who are largely dependent on borrowings and small finances from Banks and NBFCs.

CA Dhanashri D. Karmarkar

[Co-founder, Non-Executive Director]

Having ample experience in accounting and setting up of internal control mechanisms for her clients, Dhanashri is a practising Chartered Accountant and proprietor of Dhanashri Karmarkar & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Her areas of expertise include Compliance and Financial Reporting. Along with other compliances, RERA has been her area of specialisation and she has been handling a subtle clientele for the same.

Adv Gaurav S. Mahajani

Having completed his graduation in law from one of the topmost law schools in India, his areas of interest include Companies Law and Arbitration. He also holds an experience of more than 5 years in tutoring the students of CA and CS Courses. Business strategy formulation and project financing consultancy have been his area of expertise.

CA Pawan Landage is a practising Chartered Accountant with his areas of specialisation as audit and taxation. He has been acting as an external advisor to the company. He has been practising in Pune and Ratnagiri for a period of almost 4 years and has been involved in audits of various public and private limited companies.

Adv. Atul G. Navare

Being a law graduate from one of the top law schools in India and having a practice spanning almost over three decades, Atul is a distinguished lawyer and an excellent draftsman. Being a qualified, notary public he has been actively involved in supervising and checking the documents drafted by other advocates in order to ensure preciseness and suitability to the needs of the parties.
